4 Emphasises on Allah Sending down the Qur’an, and

4 Emphasises on Him Preserving it:

إِنَّانَحْنُنَزَّلْنَاالذِّكْرَوَإِنَّالَهُلَحَافِظُونَ

SurelyWe,We,Wesent down the Reminder, andSurelyWe,Surely [for it], Surely (are) Guarding [it].
